بروندادهای علمی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده‌های علوم پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد در پایگاه استنادی اسکوپوس در فاصله سال‌های 2000 تا 2011

چکیده

هدف: امروزه ارزیابی کمی و کیفی برونداده‌های علمی، از جمله مهمترین شاخص‌های سنجش تولیدات علمی دانشگاه‌ها، موسسه‌ها و کشورها محسوب می‌شود لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت بروندادهای علمی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده­های علوم پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد، در پایگاه استنادی اسکوپوس (2000 تا 2011) می‌باشد.
                           
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که با روش­ اسنادی و پیمایشی با رویکرد علم‌سنجی انجام شده است. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و به کمک نرم­افزار Excel تجزیه‌وتحلیل‌شد.
                           
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان‌دادند که فقط 32 نفر (24درصد) از جامعه پژوهش، دارای مدرک علمی نمایه‌شده در پایگاه اسکوپوس بودند. روند کلی رشد بروندادهای علمی جامعه پژوهش به‌رغم صعودی‌بودن، منظم نبوده، حتی در برخی سال­ها نزولی بوده‌است. از کل 279 برونداد علمی نمایه‌شده، 276 مورد به دانشکده پزشکی، هفت مورد به دانشکده دندان‌پزشکی و پنج مورد به دانشکده پرستاری، مربوط بوده‌اند و بیشترین نوع مدرک نمایه­شده، مقاله مجله بوده‌است. دانشکده­های پزشکی، دندان‌پزشکی و پرستاری، به‌ترتیب، دارای بیشترین میزان تعداد استنادها و شاخص هرش بوده­اند ولی از لحاظ نسبت استناد به مدارک، دانشکده پرستاری، عملکردی بهتر نسبت‌ به دو دانشکده دیگر داشته‌است. حوزه موضوعی پزشکی به‌طور کلی با 83/41درصد، بیشترین سهم را داشته و دو حوزه موضوعی دندان‌پزشکی و پرستاری با 12/1 و 22/0درصد، کمترین سهم را داشته اند. بروندادهای سه، چهار و پنج نویسنده­ای، به‌ترتیب، بیشترین سهم را داشته­اند. میزان همکاری علمی جامعه پژوهش با پژوهشگران ایرانی و پژوهشگران دانشگاه شاهد، بیش از همکاری علمی با پژوهشگران غیرایرانی و پژوهشگران غیردانشگاه شاهد بوده‌است. پژوهشگران کانادایی و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران، بیشترین سهم را در همکاری علمی خارج از کشور و خارج از دانشگاه با جامعه پژوهش داشته­ اند.
                           نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان‌می‌دهد که میزان تولیدات علمی و همکاری‌های علمی اعضای هیئت علمی پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد روند صعودی داشته است

Purpose: The present research was performed for exploring of scientific outputs of Shahed University medical sciences faculty members in Scopus citation database (2000-2011).
Methodology: Documentary and survey research methods a approach scientometrics were used. Findings were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Microsoft Excel software.
Findings: The results showed that only 32 persons (24%) of research population had indexed scientific documents in Scopus. Despite that general growth trend of scientific outputs is ascending, this trend isn’t regular and even in some years is descending. From the entire 279 indexed scientific outputs, 276 items are related to Faculty of Medicine, 7 items are of Faculty of Dentistry and 5 items are of Faculty of Nursing. "Journal article" is the most indexed document type. Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry and Faculty of Nursing have had the most citations and H-Index respectively, but nursing faculty had the best performance in "citation per document" index. The subject area of "Medicine" (41.83%) had the highest share in the scientific outputs and the subject areas of "Dentistry" & "Nursing" (1.12% & 0.22%) had the least share. The outputs with 3, 4 and 5 authors had the highest share respectively. The highest scientific collaboration rate of research society was with Iranian especially Shahed University researchers. Among foreign researchers, Canadians had the highest share of scientific collaboration and among domestic researchers those at Tehran University of Medical Sciences had the most share of scientific collaboration with research society.
Conclusion: Scientific outputs of the members of the medical sciences faculties members of Shahed University and their scientific collaboration have had an ascending trend.
