تجزیه و تحلیل شبکه همکاری علمی جهان در حوزه حقوق مالکیت فکری

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر به تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شبکۀ همکاری علمی ‌جهانی، در حوزۀ حقوق مالکیت فکری و شناسایی خوشه‌های موضوعیِ برون‌دادهای علمی حوزه، در پایگاه اطلاعاتی استنادی علوم می‌پردازد.
 
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای کاربردی علم سنجی است که با روش تحلیل هم رخدادی و تحلیل شبکه انجام شده است.جامعۀ پژوهش را تعداد 5752 پیشینۀ پژوهشی تشکیل می‌دهد که در قالب مقاله، مقاله‌کنفرانس، نقد و بررسی و... از سال 1982 تا سال 2014 در پایگاه وب آو ساینس نمایه شده‌اند.           
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد متوسط نرخ رشد سالانۀ انتشارات حوزۀ حقوق مالکیت فکری، طی سال‌های مورد ‌بررسی در پایگاه استنادی علوم 3.63 درصد می‌باشد. کشور آمریکا با تولید 2003 مقاله رتبۀ نخست را در بین کشورها در اختیار دارد. از دید تحلیل‌ شبکۀ همکاری علمی، کشور آمریکا مهم‌ترین کشور در شکل‌‌دهی، جهت‌دهی و هدایت شبکۀ همکاری در حوزۀ حقوق مالکیت فکری است. همچنین دانشگاه برکلی مهم‌ترین دانشگاه در شبکۀ همکاری دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات در این حوزه شناخته شد. به لحاظ موضوعی، برون‌دادهای علمیِ حوزه در پنج خوشۀ موضوعی شکل گرفته است که مهم‌ترین خوشۀ آن شامل حوزه‌های موضوعی سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی، فعالیت‌های تحقیق و توسعه، شرکت‌های بازرگانی و انتقال تکنولوژی است.
نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان گفت کشور آمریکا نقش کلیدی و مرکزی در شکل‌دهی، هدایت و رهبری جریان‌های علمی حوزۀ حقوق مالکیت فکری داشته و بیشترین همکاری در داخل شبکه، متناظر با این کشور است. باتوجه ‌به خوشۀ اصلی حوزه، می‌توان گفت که اهمیت حقوق مالکیت فکری در مبحث اقتصاد، به‌ویژه اقتصاد بین‌الملل جایگاه ویژه‌ای داشته و توجه به آن یکی از مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌ها و ملزومات توسعۀ اقتصادی است.

Purpose: This study analyzes the global network of scientific collaborations on intellectual property rights (IPR) and identifies subject clusters of scientific outputs of IPR in the Web of Science (WoS).
Methodology: This study is an applied research so the scientometrics methods such as co-occurrence analysis and network analysis are used. 5752 scientific records indexed in WoS from 1982 to 2014 were analyzed.
Findings: The findings show that annual growth rate of scientific outputs of IPR during years is 63.3 percent. America is the most productive country in the field of IPR and also this country has an important role in shaping, directing and leading the IPR network. The University of Berkeley has an important place in the scientific network of IPR.  In terms of subject area, the scientific outputs of IPR formed in five thematic clusters i.e. foreign direct investment, R&D activities, trading corporates and technology transfer.
Conclusion: U.S. has a central role in shaping, leading and guiding the scientific flow of IPR. According to the main subject cluster of IPR, it can be said that IPR has an important place in international economy, so IPR is one of the most serious components for economic development.
