صحت استنادی مقاله های پژوهشنامه پردازش و مدیریت اطلاعات

چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی صحت استنادی مقالات منتشرشده در فصلنامه پردازش و مدیریت اطلاعات در بازۀ‌های زمانی 1394-1392 (شماره‌های 75 الی 83) بود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است که به روش‌های تحلیل استنادی و کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 108 مقاله فصلنامه پردازش و مدیریت اطلاعات در سال‌های 1394-1392 است که 2700 استناد دریافت کرده‌اند. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران با ضریب اطمینان 7.‌‌95 درصد تعداد 436 استناد به‌عنوان نمونه برای بررسی صحت استنادی و میزان مطابقت با شیوه‌نامه ایران انتخاب شدند، اما با توجه به اینکه برخی از مقالات تعدادی از استنادات را نداشتند تعداد 392 استناد مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند، به این منظور، از هر مقاله تعداد 4 استناد بر اساس مؤلفه‌های نوع مدرک و زبان مدرک بررسی شدند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، مشاهده مستقیم و جستجوی استنادها از طریق پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی و موتورهای جستجو است، داده‌ها در سیاهه وارسی که بر اساس کار آزاده، واعظ و قریب (1388) تهیه شده بود، وارد شد.      
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که از 392 استناد مورد بررسی 269 استناد (62.‌‌68 درصد) فاقد هرگونه خطای استنادی بودند، همچنین مقاله‌های استنادی نسبت‌به کتاب‌های استنادی و منابع استنادی لاتین نسبت‌به منابع استنادی فارسی خطای استنادی بیشتری داشتند. از میان شماره‌های منتشرشده پردازش و مدیریت اطلاعات از سال‌های 1392 الی 1394 فصلنامه شماره 76 دارای بیشترین خطای استنادی و فصلنامه شماره 83 دارای کمترین خطای استنادی بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که استنادهای پژوهش‌نامه پردازش و مدیریت اطلاعات نسبت‌به پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در ایران وضعیت صحت استنادی مطلوب‌تری دارند. عوامل مختلفی را می‌توان در بروز خطای استنادی دخیل دانست از جمله؛ عدم آگاهی دانشجویان از اهمیت یکدستی استنادها در آثار علمی، آشنانبودن پژوهشگران با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت منابع و مآخذ مثل (اندنوت، پژوهیار و غیره) به‌منظور مدیریت بهینه استناددهی در پایان‌نامه‌ها و کپی‌برداری از استنادها برشمرد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The aim of this study was to review the accuracy of citations of articles published in Iranian Journal of Information Processing and Management (JIPM) in the period 2013-2015, respectively.
Methodology: This research is an applied study and it was conducted based on data gathering methods and survey. The research population consists of the articles published in the issues 75 to 83 of JIPM during 2013-2015, the total number of articles reached to 108 with 2,700 citations. The original sample size was 436 citations with 7.95% confidence; however, it was reduced to 392 in order to exlude those articles with no citation. Four citations in each article were selected based on document type and language.
Findings: The results showed that of the 392 citations reviewed, 269 items (62.68 percent) were cited without any error. Citation and references to Latin script articles and also citations to books showed more errors.
Conclusion: The results showed that the citations in JIPM are in general better compared to the findings of previous studies in terms of citation errors. Several factors may be involved in the development of citation errors such as lack of awareness of the importance of the firm citations in scientific literature, researchers lack familiarity with management software such references (EndNote, Pazhuhyar etc.) for optimal management of citation in dissertations and copying citation outlined.
